We are looking for a senior Service Design consultant with a proven track record of applying Design Thinking to drive innovation and user-centred problem solving in complex business environments. Reporting to Tangible’s founder you must be comfortable being out of your comfort zone, working with senior stakeholders and learning about new business domains in order to shape with clients a strategic vision for internal applications, user journeys and processes. You’ll be a passionate advocate, coach and facilitator of Design Thinking, bringing design culture to new frontiers across diverse industries.
